  • Four core values are at the center of everything we do:

    • Jesus. We want students to see that Jesus is better.
    • Reaching. We want students to be part of a larger family.
    • Building. We want every student to confidently learn, love, and live God’s Story.
    • Empowering. We want every student to boldly reflect Jesus in their world.
  • As members of God's family who meet in the Youth House, there are certain habits we have which do not make God love us, but help us live in God's love, offer His love to others, and show that Jesus is better. These habits help us practice God's Story. For more information, please refer to our Family Discipleship Big Book.

    • Our teaching follows a three-year study plan with Gospel-centered lessons which focus on helping students learn, love, and live God’s Story in today’s world.
  • All leaders serving with Mayfield Road Students complete a thorough background check, screening, and application process as well as receive ongoing training in order to ensure your student has the best experience while engaged in our ministry environments. These trainings help ensure Mayfield Road Students is a safe and secure environment that is conducive to learning more about Jesus in an engaging way.
